Who are we...?
STEA Mentorship Foundation is a community-based organization (CBO) based in Mukono District, Goma Division. Established in 2023 and formally registered in 2024, we work to create equal opportunities for young people, women, and girls by offering mentorship, skills training, and economic empowerment programs.

Why Mukono?
Mukono, especially the villages of Nabusugwe and Nantooko, faces increasing issues such as youth redundancy, crime, drug abuse, school dropouts, teenage pregnancies, and a rise in single mothers. Many youths struggle due to frustration and broken dreams.
